We provide financial and project management support for business that may be experiencing cashflow problems or struggling to meet project delivery targets for their clients. We can offer immediate cash injection or assign experts that may be seconded on temporary or semi-permanent services to assist with project execution. The follow key services are provided, Debtor Finance, Cash Investment Partner and Step-in-Rescue Services.

DEBTOR FINANCE

We provide/advance working capital for small enterprises secured by debtor’s book. This assist enterprises with the much-needed cash flow to enable them to execute and complete projects without any comprise. Effectively we have the following systems in place:

  • Upload an enterprise which has concluded sale and have delivery proof in our system,
  • Provide them with a percentage of the amount required as an advance, up to 75% of the invoice value, and
  • Assist with the collection of the debt when its due and then refund the balance to the enterprise less the portion of our minimal fee.

LIQUID PARTNER

Through this service, we offer companies which has secured projects or have purchase orders but have no operational funds to:

  • Sell us a percentage of their project in exchange for profit share,
  • Allow us to actively participate in the implementation of the project,
  • We will also deploy human capital to assist, where necessary, with the execution of the project, and
  • Share profits with us on agreed scale.

STEP-IN-RESCUE SERVICE

This service is aimed at companies that may experience unexpected distress and is at a risk for losing their contract or get liquidated for failure to perform. After assessment of the problem, we will be able to provide one or more of the following interventions:

  • Temporary bail-out through project takeover or part purchase of the company to assist with both human and financial capital
  • Purchasing of the company assets to assist with payment of instalments or financing of the wage bill, or
  • Taking over of the fuel or parts account to enable the equipment or vehicles to continue running.
